Since I’ve been a child, I’ve experienced “other worlds.” I listened to plants and angels. I could read people’s energy fields and talk to their guides.
As I grew up, I began to realize this wasn’t normal. But that didn’t change what I saw.
After traveling around the world, working in engineering at Google, studying neuroscience, biology, physics, anatomy, and enrolling in acupuncture school, I still believe that vibrational healing is the future of healing.
“Energy medicine is the future of medicine. We are beginning now to understand things that we know in our hearts are true, but we could never measure. As we get better at understating how little we know about the body, we begin to realize that the next big frontier in medicine is energy medicine.
It’s not the mechanistic part of the joints moving. It’s not the chemistry of our body. It’s understanding for the first time how energy influences how we feel. I think that energy and the use of energy in healing will be the biggest frontier in medicine over the next decade.”
-Dr. Oz, on the Oprah Show
Vibrational healing is also the medicine of the past. Chinese physicians have believed in vibrational healing for thousands of years, and likely even earlier. 5000 years ago, Otzi the Iceman was receiving tattoos along his acupuncture meridians to help his gallbladder and digestive problems. Crazy, right?!
In the Nei Jing, a classic of Chinese medicine, the author writes,
In peaceful calm, void and emptiness,
The authentic qi [energy] flows easily.
Essences and spirits are kept within.
How could illness arise?
Neijing Suwen 1, lines 41-44
The more I learn about vibrational healing, studying acupuncture, herbs, energy work, and flower essences, the more I see opportunity for more research and therapeutic application.
And on a very personal level, after all the books and classes and degrees-in-progress, I’m most inspired by working with incredible clients, brave enough to be revolutionaries in their own right. The women I work with are so, so brave, willing to try new things, and willing to dive deep into the work that needs to be done.
We need more women in this world who know how to heal, and have healed themselves.
As I've written before, within the heart of every woman is a healer.
Her first task?
The brilliant Tara Mohr writes,
“What’s so tricky to understand, dear one, is that as a woman of this transitional time, what is inside of you will be very different from what is outside of you. What you have to bring into the world will be very different from what you see before you as the status quo of the world. Yet what you have to bring forth is not crazy or wrong. In fact, it’s just what the world needs.
…That means that whether you signed up for it or not, you will be a revolutionary.”
In other words, learning how to heal yourself is a revolution.
My passion is helping women through vibrational healing, whether energy work or flower essences. To acquaint you with these modalities, I've prepared a detailed guide to vibrational healing, including various modalities and resources to help you learn more.

Have you experienced any forms of vibrational healing before, such as acupuncture, energy work, flower essences, shamanic healing, or cranio-sacral work? I'd love to hear about your experiences and any questions you might have.
P.S. I'm giving a class on Flower Essence Fundamentals Monday, October 19th at 6pm PST. I'd love to have you join! Sign up here.
