Favorites - 2.27.2015

It's time for another round of favorites! Here's a list of some of the things I've found recently to sooth and inspire your wild feminine soul!

All of these items inspire self-healing, and empower you on your spiritual path. And are awesome.

1. Living Libations Rose Otto

Ok, I'll start off with a teeny tiny bottle of very expensive liquid. But when you SMELL THIS rose oil, you might just faint. It is the most amazing rose otto I have ever smelled, and I've tried about as many as I can get my hands on. Rose oil is one of my most favorite luxuries, and I highly recommend this brand. I've also heard that their natural deodorant is really, really good. Fun fact: you need up to 60 roses to make one drop of rose oil!

2. All of Matthew Wood's Books

Matthew Wood is seriously my favorite author when it comes to Western herbs. I love his low-dose approach to treating conditions, and his books are super user-friendly to the novice herbalist. I'd probably start with The Earthwise Herbal books, and if you like those, check out Seven Herbs: Plants as Teachers. It is of the best books on flower essences I've ever read.

3. Five Element Herbs

This amazing company is making Chinese medicinal herbs accessible to everyday people. Their tea blends are great, and don't taste like stinky, stewed socks!

4. Woods Apothecary

Woods Apothecary is a local apothecary specializing in handmade products. Their yoga mat spray is absolutely amazing, and perfect for keeping your yoga mat fresh.

5. Synergy Organic Clothing

Synergy makes great organic clothing! I've fallen in love with all of their leggings and dresses. They are cozy and environmentally friendly, which makes me oh so happy.

6. Grace and Yarrow Environmental Solution by Flower Essence Services

These two blends are phenomenal! Spraying Grace around my world really makes me like a natural woman, so to speak. And Yarrow Environmental Solution has been really helpful with my seasonal allergies.

7. How to Make Nourishing Herbal Infusions by Susun Weed

I make a nettle tea infusion using this recipe almost everyday! It really helps my energy and supports my kidneys.

8. This chai recipe from The Great Kosmic Kitchen

The Great Kosmic Kitchen always comes out with amazing recipes, and this one is also fantastic. It really hits the spot when you want a warm, caffiene-free drink.

So, there we go. What are your favorite products you've found recently to empower and inspire your path?
